Top Priority Activities (as identified by members
of the working group in response to a survey conducted in
November 1999):
- Item 1: Develop a Web site to engage
in continuing dialogue on issues of leadership development
(by March 2000)
- Item 2: Create case studies on institutions
that have transformed themselves, and on ones that missed
the opportunities (ongoing, develop a survey instrument
in February)
- Item 3: Develop leadership education
materials for administrators, faculty, and students (ongoing,
send out requests for material contributions in January)
